The Bonita Trust donates £70,000 to fund and develop key CLIC Sargent services
CLIC Sargent is celebrating its new partnership with The Bonita Trust, a philanthropic trust that has donated £70,000 to help boost three of the charity’s services for families affected by childhood cancer.
The organisation has pledged to support CLIC Sargent care professionals by funding an upgrade of their IT systems
Bonita is collaborating with King’s Health Partners and donates £150,000 to fund the purchase of a new ultrasound system for the Fetal Cardiology Unit at Evelina Children’s Hospital.
The Bonita Trust, a long term supporter of ChildLine and the NSPCC, has recently become a lead partner of the ChildLine Schools Service. The trust has donated £166,000 to fully fund a database which will be used by staff and volunteers delivering the groundbreaking service.
The Bonita Trust donated £150,000.00 to support the V&A’s work in India over the next two years. This will enable the V&A to further develop its partnerships with museums and the cultural sector in India and to deliver an art programme that promotes skill sharing and cultural understanding between the two countries.
More support made available to people living with cancer and their carers as cancer support charity Macmillan expands Learn Zone, their virtual learning environment, with funding from Bonita Trust.
It is an e- learning site, providing crucial cancer specific learning resources and activities to Macmillan health and social care professionals and people living with cancer.
