Philharmonic Society Update

Bonita Trust recently sponsored a Chamber Music Recital held at the Convent.  The chamber recital featured internationally renowned flutists, DitaKrenberga who is the principal flute of the Latvian National Symphony Orchestra, clarinetist GuntisKuzma from the Latvian National Symphony Orchestra and is also the Principal Clarinet of the Sinfonietta Riga Chamber Orchestra and pianist AgneseEglina a much acclaimed pianist known exactly by her chamber music interpretations. 

Earlier in the day, a Master Class was organised at the Convent.  It was extremely well attended; forty two students were able to enjoy and interact with the performers and also attend the concert in the evening.  The students thoroughly enjoyed it and welcomed this opportunity.
