Cancer Relief and Research

The Bonita Trust has supported organisations and teams working to raise funds for charities involved in Cancer Research and Cancer Relief in Gibraltar and abroad.

July 2007 – Chinese Auction in aid of Gibraltar Society for Cancer Relief

The Bonita Trust was the main sponsor of prizes for this charity auction in aid of the Lady Williams Day Centre for cancer sufferers. The event raised more than £11,000 for this worthy cause

May 2007 - Skin Cancer Awareness Campaign

The Bonita Trust sponsored the 2007 SMART campaign, encouraging people to be safe in the sun.
This included a poster designing competition for children and leaflets being handed out at various public places in Gibraltar.

December 2006 – Gibraltar Services Police Marathon in aid of Cancer Research & Mount Alvernia

November 2006 – London to Gibraltar Cycling event in aid of Gibraltar Society for Cancer Relief and the Royal Marsden Cancer Campaign
