Gibraltar Health Authority - purchase of new CT, Mammography, Anaesthesia and Paediatric Equipment

The Bonita Trust’s charity funding to the Gibraltar Health Authority enabled them to acquire specialist equipment for the new St Bernard’s Hospital. This health care charity funding facilitated them to acquire a CT Scanner, a new Mammography Unit and other equipment for Intensive Care, Anaesthesia, Paediatrics and Neonates. According to the Minister for Health this was “the most important charity funding the Gibraltar Health Authority has ever received…”

Adding to this health care charity initiative, plans are in place to supplement this charity funding to provide a much-needed upgraded CT scanner, as well as Paediatric Audiology Equipment for the Primary Care Centre.
