Paul Marshall
Paul Marshall is a director of The Bonita Trust. Paul is a Chartered Accountant and is responsible for investment management, financial reporting and due diligence. Paul has held senior finance positions in PartyGaming Plc, Rank Group Plc, Avis Europe Plc, Westmont Hospitality Group, Granada Group Plc and Forte Plc and a number of privately owned businesses.

Vivian Morello
Vivian Morello is a Manager of The Bonita Trust providing day-to-day operational management to the Trust in Gibraltar. She has worked for different banks where she has held managerial positions being responsible for Operations, Customers Services and Human Resources. She was Operations Manager for Deloitte & Touche in Gibraltar until earlier this year and she is currently Operations manager for Magister Law, a Gibraltar law firm.

Maria Shver
Maria Shver joined Bonita Trust in late 2010 as Senior Project Coordinator to advise and oversee key international projects particularly those in the United Kingdom and Israel.

Originally from St. Petersburg, Russia, Maria was educated in the UK and resides in Israel. She completed her legal studies in Warwick and Essex Universities with Honours before moving to Israel in 2005, where she is now a registered legal practitioner, specializing in International Transactions and Property Law. Maria commenced her legal career in the International Law Firm and consequently joined as a Legal Advisor Ashtrom Group Ltd where she specialized in preparation of complex international construction claims working in association with the Israeli leading law firm, S. Horowitz & Co. In 2009, she founded a successful PR venture which interest she sold in 2011. Since then she has been project managing for Bonita Trust and other clients.

Maria is fluent in Russian, Hebrew and English. She enjoys working on Bonita Trust projects which involve a scientific and educational aspect, particularly those allowing her to leverage her cross border background.
